Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Travel Ambassador. In short: membership is free, everything is voluntary, and you are responsible for what you choose to accept from our partners.

01The service

Travel Ambassador introduces members to a small number of selected travel companies. We facilitate the introduction only. Membership is completely free of charge.

02Membership

To become a member you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details about yourself. Each person may hold one account. You can update your details, withdraw your consent or cancel your membership at any time.

03No fees, no obligations

There are no fees, no commitments, and no obligation to buy, sell or recruit anything. No part of the service is mandatory. If a partner presents an opportunity, you decide freely whether to engage with it.

04Partner offers are not ours

We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, the offers, agreements or business models our partners present. This includes any fees, income opportunities or terms discussed with them. Each member is solely responsible for deciding whether an offer is right for them and for anything they choose to accept. We recommend that you read all terms carefully before entering into any agreement, and that you never pay for something you do not fully understand.

05Compensation

Travel Ambassador may receive compensation from partner companies for introductions. This never affects your cost, as your membership is always free.

06Your account

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete your details at any time, which ends your membership.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated terms apply to you.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Travel Ambassador is not liable for offers, agreements or outcomes arising between members and partner companies. The service is provided as is, without warranties.
