Travel Ambassador is a free introduction service that connects people interested in travel with a small number of hand-picked travel companies. This website is operated under the name Travel Ambassador.

When you sign up we store the details you provide: your name, gender, age, city, country, email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number. We also store your login credentials so you can manage your details yourself.

Your details are used to create and manage your membership, to let you log in and edit or delete your details, and — only after your explicit consent — to share your contact details with our selected partner companies so they can present their opportunities to you.

Your contact details are shared only with the selected partner companies described when you signed up. We never sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in, to remember your language choice, and to make the site work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can view, update or delete your details at any time on the “My details” page, or ask us to withdraw your consent. Deleting your details removes them from the register and ends your membership.

We keep your details for as long as your membership is active. When you delete them, they are removed from the register.

Your details are stored with a professional hosting provider and are protected by modern security standards, including encrypted connections and access control. Only administrators of Travel Ambassador can view the member register.
